Jeffrey Buehner is the President of Jeffrey Buehner, PLLC. He is an experienced trial attorney specializing in criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney; Oakland County, Michigan.

Served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Oakland County Circuit Court prosecuting felony criminal offenses. Experience also included assignments in the Warrants Divsion, District Court Division, Family Court Division and specialized unit assignments including:

Special Prosecuting Attorney for the Narcotics Unit. Prosecuted high-level felony drug crimes and criminal conspiracies involving the delivery, manufacture or production of controlled substances.

Special Prosecuting Attorney for the Auto Theft Unit. Prosecuted felony criminal offenses related to auto theft, fraudulent purchases of autos, false police reports, insurance fraud and chop shops.

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney; Muskegon County, Michigan. Prosecuted misdemeanor criminal offenses, juvenile offenses and assisted police agencies in the drafting of search warrants.

Associate Trial Attorney; Blake, Kirchner, Symonds, MacFarlane, Larson & Smith, P.C. Represented individuals and corporations in handling civil litigation issues including employment discrimination, contractual disputes, corporate liability issues and general business litigation.
